October 1st, 2017 – Southern Marketing Associates, Inc. (SMA) of Winter Springs, Florida has agreed to acquire the assets of Creative Marketing Associates Ltd, (CMA) Test and Measurement Solutions group, Elkridge, Maryland, effective October 1st, 2017.

The two companies have a common heritage, have always operated in harmony, and possess a combined 72 years of Test & Measurement experience. The union of these two tier one manufacturer’s representatives positions SMA to take advantage of the unique sales expertise possessed by both sales teams as well as formalize inter-territory program efforts at both US government / DOD and commercial accounts. The management and sales support functions for the expanded organization will be centralized at the SMA corporate office in Winter Springs, Florida.
